Who is responsible

The controller for personal data on northposition.com is Snabba Pucks AB (company registration number 559585-3531), Lingvägen 87, 122 45 Enskede, Sweden. Questions about your data: kim@snabbapucks.se.

What we process, and why

When you email or call us

We process your name, contact details and what you write, to answer you and, if we work together, to deliver the service and keep the records the law requires. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, for clients, the contract (GDPR article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). We keep correspondence as long as it is needed for the conversation or the assignment, and accounting records for as long as Swedish accounting law requires.

When you use the free website audit

The address you enter is used to fetch that page from our server and is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights, a service of Google, for one lab test. To limit how many audits can be run, the server keeps a one-way code made from your IP address, never the address itself, in its working memory, and deletes it about 24 hours after your last audit. In the same way it keeps a one-way code of the audited website's host name for about ten minutes, so that the tool cannot be used to load one website again and again. The result is shown to you and then discarded: we do not save results or the addresses people check. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the tool and protecting it from misuse.

When you visit the website

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address, the time and the page you request, to deliver the website and keep it secure. These logs are kept for a limited period under Vercel's retention rules, and can include error messages from the audit tool. We use no analytics, no advertising tools and no tracking.

Cookies

The website sets no cookies. See the cookie policy.

Who else receives data

  • Vercel Inc. (hosting), which processes data on our behalf.
  • Google (PageSpeed Insights), which receives the address of the page you audit.

Both are based in the United States. Transfers take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to kim@snabbapucks.se. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), or the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
